bring up a list of all district-
wide activities starting with
the first day of the current
month and ending with the
last day of the current
month. DISTRICT This
selection will only bring up
a list of activities predefined
under the category of
District. Examples of this
may be first and last student
day, winter vacation, and
spring vacation. FINE ARTS Under this listing you may select an activity-specific category
predefined as Fine Arts. You can view ALL of the Fine Arts activities or view
individual categories under Fine Arts. Fine Arts includes but is not limited to Art,
Awards, Band, BPA, Debate, Drama, Instrumental Music and Vocal Music. SOCIALS Under this listing, you can view social activities, such as scheduled
dances. SPORTS This selection will bring up a listing of all sport activities in the
district. You can view ALL of the Sports activities or view individual categories
under Sports. Sports activities include but are not limited to Baseball, Basketball,
Soccer, Track, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Softball, Swimming, Tennis,
Volleyball, and Wrestling. 3
4. To view a different month or time frame, select a start date under the pull-down menu
at top left of the browser window stating Start Date. Choose to view only the
month you need, or view a group of months or entire year by selecting an end date
under the pull-down menu to the left of the browser window stating End Date.
5. There are other buttons and links to help you refine your search.
Change Criteria (Button) This will take you back to the Category view page
where you can select the activity you want to view.
Calendar Year (Link) This link will display activities for the current calendar
year.
Current Month (Link) This will display activities for the current month.
Prev. (Link) When viewing activities by the current month, this link will take you
back one month. 4
Next (Link) When viewing activities by the current month, this link will take you
forward one month.
Sponsor (Pull Down Menu) A pull down list of school buildings is available to
help you refine your search.
When
using the Sponsor pull down menu to refine your activities search, the site
you selected will appear on the browser window.
Site (Pull Down Menu) A pull down list of building and city locations is available
to help you refine your search.
Monthly Calendar Icon (Button) Clicking on this will take you to a monthly
calendar view where you can select individual activities and dates for the month. 5
6. Monthly Calendar View
This view allows you to see the whole month at a glance. In this window you can
view activities by selecting the month and then day.
Use the pull down window to view a specific month.
Then select the activity by their abbreviation on a specific day. For example, choose
GSWM (Girls Swimming) on October 14
th
. 6
A detail window will appear with information for girls swimming:
Within the detailed information is a location field. The location field may be linked
to driving directions for that particular metro school.
The Back (Button) will take you back to the monthly view. Or,

you can go back to
the spreadsheet or monthly views of activities by clicking on the screen specific
icons.
To return to the beginning, click on the Change Criteria (Button) or type in the
