Remove the 2 in 1 Sleep Positioner from vinyl bag and
immediately discard. Remove and discard all tags prior to use.
FOR BACK SLEEPING: To position baby on his or her back, place
baby on apron between the two bumpers. Top of bumper must
be below babys armpits and curved in opposite directions (see
diagram A); the best location is near babys hips. Adjust the
bumper equipped with hook tape (loop tape is sewn to apron)
if necessary to assure that bumpers are snug against baby.
FOR SIDE SLEEPING: To place baby on his or her side, remove
the hook & loop bumper and turn it so it is in the same directional
position as the other bumper (see diagram B). Position baby on
the apron with his or her back against the hook & loop bumper
wedge surface, with lower shoulder slightly ahead of body (see
diagram C). Baby should be leaning slightly backwards as shown.
Wedge should be used to support babys body between shoulders
and bottom. This position will keep baby facing away from
bumper and virtually eliminate the possibility of baby rolling
over onto stomach.
W A R N I N G
Never place bumper near babys face.
Never leave back bumper in crib unattached to apron.
Once your baby is able to roll over freely, the 2 in 1 Sleep
Positioner is no longer effective for positioning your baby,
and its use should be discontinued.

Machine wash in warm water. Tumble dry. Do not bleach.
The 2 in 1 Sleep Positioner should be dried completely
after washing.
Inspect for rips, tears and openings on a regular basis. If any should
appear, discontinue use and discard the product immediately.
