he job in a fraction of the time
required for serving with waste strand,
and leave no protruding ends. They
are pre-shaped and easily closed with
pliers.
GROUND WIRE CLIPS
These are easy-to-install clips for
securely fastening ground wires to
poles and crossarms. Make high
pressure, large area contact with
the ground wire and prevent radio
interference producing static discharges.
Ground wire clips are quickly installed
by driving one nail and bending the tail
back over the nail head, as illustrated.
Copperweld nails are recommended
for copper clips.

Non-Static Ground Wire Clips. LAY-CIT CABLE GRIPS
Contoured plates securely grip either
round or oval cable without damaging
the insulation. Holding pressure is
evenly distributed over a large area,
and is proportional to conductor
tension. The plates are aluminum,
4" long and have knurled inner sur-
faces for high holding power, even on
synthetic jacketed cables. They are
easily installed on continuous runs by
removing the flexible cable bail from
the side hooks on the plates.
T-BOLT GROUNDING LUG
This is a heavy-duty lug for connecting
ground wires to transformers or steel
structures. The threaded stud fits all
standard transformer tapped grounding
pads. High clamping force prevents
the wire from pulling out. The wire may
be run 90° from position illustrated.
