Kreem Professional Fuel Tank Liner
Kreem Fuel Tank Liner is designed for use as a preventive maintenance
product in metal and fiberglass tanks, new or old; containing gasoline,
gasohol, or diesel. Kreem Fuel Tank Liner has a unique formulation with
extremely rapid set-up, that arrests corrosion, prevents leakage from
hairline cracks and seam pinholes by coating the tank's inner surface with a
fuel resistant elastometer. Feel confident using gasohol in your tank coated
with Kreem Fuel Tank Liner as methyl or ethyl alcohol have no effect on the
coating.
Quality Required:
For samll tanks (1-25 gallons), use approximatley one pint of Kreem Fuel
Tank Liner per three gallons of tank capacity. For spraying or brushing -
thin Kreem Fuel Tank Liner with methyl ethyl ketone to desired
consistency.
Surface Preparation:
Caution: Surface prep solutions may damage paint, if you're going to paint
the tank coat the inside first. Remove petcocks to prevent fouling and plug
openings. Remove all grease, oil, loose rust from tank's inner surface with
Kreem Tank Prep. This is the most critical step, since proper adhesion
depends upon an oil-free surface. Most tanks must also be prepped, since
tank manufacturers coat the inside of their new tanks with protective film.

Tank Prep Kit
Because permanent adhesion of Kreem Tank Liner is possible only
on a clean oil-free surface, Kreem Corp offers a special two-part tank
preparation kit.
Tank-Prep A is a concentrated cleaner which dissolves rust, etches
the metal surface, and removes oil and grease. The concentrate is
diluted 20:1 with water (a pint container makes 20-1/2 gallons of cleaner)
and used to treat the tank interior for a minimum of four hours. When
treatment is complete, inspection will reveal that loose rust has been
removed and that the tank surface has been etched to promote adhesion
of the lining. Tank Prep B is a final rinse and conditioner. A brief rinse will
remove any residual oil and moisture, and will prepare and condition the
tank interior for the Kreem liner. note that Kreem treatment can begin
immediately after the final conditioning.

430-01211 Silicone Liquid Gasket is a tough durable sealer utilizing silicone
rubber as a primary component. White in color, its solventless, semi-drying
and visco-elastic properties make it ideal for numerous applications where a
long lasting, faultless seal is absolutely critical. As it comes in contact with air,
it forms a rubberized, elastic mass impervious to vibrations and impacts. Can
be applied to flange surfaces and screw sections to prevent water, oil,
gasoline and chemical leaks. 100% effective over a wide temperature range,
76dg.F to 482dg.F (-60dg.C to 250dg.C). Tack-free in 90 minutes; fully cured

430-01207 is a one-component RTV rubber, which has a quick curing
property and shows superior pressure resistance just after application and
assembly. Specially formulated for automotive engine gasketing
applications, the TB1207D provides excellent oil, gas, water and chemical
resistance. Perfect for sealing complex three-point surfaces of cylinder
blocks, chain cases, oil pans and joint surfaces with large clearances.
Silver in color, the 430-01207 has a temperature range -76dg.F to 482dg.F

perfect product for sealing joint surfaces with large clearances. Special synthetic
