FEATURES: · Safety overload system--prevents overload of capacity. · Removable plug so you can use a gauge or remote pump. · Handle is 39-1/2" long for ease of pumping. Page 2 DESCRIPTION & FEATURES These heavy-duty American made hydraulic hand jacks are built for service under constant use. They feature a heavy-duty cast-iron base (3 to 20-ton) for a wide stance and positive load support. The 30-ton model D-51127 features a machined steel base that is drilled and ported to accept a gauge. All units feature a fluid bypass and a stop ring to prevent damaging over-travel. Hi-Range models provide up to 33% more lifting height over standard hydraulic models. Hi-Range models also feature large rams, larger bases and larger pumps than the comparable standard model. The intended use of all these models is for heavy-duty trucks, farm equipment, building construction, mobile home set-up, and as original equipment for manufacturers of many products. Master gages, re-calibrated and re-certified annually. Computerized and metered delivery system for hydraulic fluid to all jacks insures the optimum operation of each jack when it leaves our factory. In house painting capability for short run production and custom finishes. Production painting capabilities for high volume applications are located off site. Our industrial parts washer is used to power wash every component that goes into our jacks to eliminate as much contamination to the internal workings of the jack as is possible to insure the longevity of our equipment in the field. WARRANTY INFORMATION: All U.S. Jack manufactured products are warranted for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser. Warranty does not cover damage due to accident, neglect, or misuse, or products that have been altered or modified, or to which attachments not recommended by the manufacturer have been added. Proof of purchase is required and all warranty claims should be submitted directly to U.S. JACK COMPANY. What sets U.S. Jack apart from the rest.......... here are a few examples.
U.S. Jack manufactures a 1-ton transmission jack, commercially used by automotive and truck centers to change out transmissions and differentials. The unit shown at right is a "PWA" gear case handler. The "PWA" designation refers to Pratt & Whitney, with the proper modifications to our standard transmission jack the unit becomes a gear case handler used in service and maintenance on the landing gear assemblies of various aircraft. We manufacture another variation on this unit for Boeing; they in turn sell this unit to the U.S. Air Force as a gear case handler. Units currently being provided have been specified for use on the F-22 Raptor, the United States Air Force's newest air superiority fighter. Again, this unit is 100% U.S. manufactured by U.S. Jack. U.S. Jack does a great deal of work in military applications. The bottle jack shown in the center of photo at right was specifically designed, tested and certified fully operational at temperatures to 50 degrees below zero for use in the Arctic environment. The pump and puller shown at right, also referred to as the "tank track puller" used by the military to dissemble damaged tank track from the M1A1 tank.
