Estimated Cost of Construction between: $250,000 - $500,000

Performance Period: Total project time is 130 calendar days from Notice to Proceed; see the
Schedule for further breakout of work.

Liquidated Damages: See Contract Provision 43, page VII-30 of the RFP.: $1,909/day

Contract will be included under the Authoritys Owner Controlled Wrap-up Insurance Program
(OCWIP). DO NOT INCLUDE BOND AND INSURANCE PREMIUM COSTS IN YOUR
PROPOSAL PRICE. STANDARDS AND PROOF OF PAYMENT IS PROVIDED THE
AUTHORITY.

Proposals are due 1:00 P.M., November 21, 2006, at 1 Aviation Circle, RRWNA. Section V,
Solicitation Provision 17, page V-5, contains offer documents to be submitted.

All questions must be submitted by 3:00 pm, November 3, 2006.
