Thank you for you interest in the Aims 2004 Safety Seminar. The AIMS Safety Seminar Staff and Committee are very
excited to offer this seminar to you and your industry counterparts. The 2004 AIMS Safety Seminar is the largest and most
attended Amusement Industry seminar currently being produced. The 2003 Seminar brought together over 500 operation,
maintenance, safety, inspection, and training personnel from eight countries including Canada, Republic of China & Hong
Kong, Mexico, Philippines, South Korea, The Netherlands, South America, and the USA. The attendees represented Theme
Parks, Waterparks, Amusement Parks, Zoo Attractions, Family Fun Centers, Carnivals, Independent Ride Operators, Fairs,
Insurance Companies, State Inspection Agencies, Third Party Engineering & Safety Consultants, Shopping Malls, and Stand
Alone Attractions.

The purpose of the Aims Safety Seminar is to bring personnel from the amusement industry together to improve and share
safety procedures and secure a more satisfying and rewarding industry. The Safety Seminar is a unique forum designed to
promote commutation with manufacturers, suppliers and industry counterparts from around the world. The 145 class subjects
offer a formal venue to gain training from industry experts and the time to interact and network with instructors and other
colleagues. One of the greatest values of the AIMS Safety Seminar is that it provides time for our group to communicate and
freely exchange ideas and solutions to issues that are unique to our industry.

The Aims Safety Seminar instructors are volunteers from all areas of the amusement industry. They have vast experience
with the difficult issues, problems and solutions that are exclusive to the amusement industry, and they are dedicated to
improving the safety and reliability of the industry that we all want to see continue for generations to come.

The Leadership Series Classes - In this new series we will explore and learn how to incorporate strong leadership
into the daily functions of amusement industry management. You will learn the basic fundamentals of leadership in
training, coaching and engaging employees to give their very best. Getting the front-line employees to buy into your
company's mission and goals and actually make it happen out in the field takes effective leadership. To receive the
AIMS Leadership Certificate of Completetion you must attend 7 of the 12 leadership series courses.

AIMS is again teaming up with Thrilltime Entertainment International, Inc., in order to provide their 2004 Skycoaster
Safety Symposium in conjunction with the AIMS 2004 Safety Seminar on Thursday afternoon and Friday, January 15 &
16, 2004.
