swept blasted.

Paint and Corrosion Prevention

Bottom Hull: Two primer coats, two coats of rolled
on anti fouling paint.

Exterior Hull: One zinc primer coat, 15 mls of
International Formula 150 epoxy, 2-3 mls of
urethane topcoat.

Interior Hull: One primer coat, 2 inches of
polyurethane spray foam.
1.3.4
Exterior Decks: Coated with 15 mls high build epoxy
paint, additional 2-3 mls of urethane paint and a
topcoat of non-skid.

Guards Rails: Zinc arc sprayed and painted with
15 mls of epoxy paint and 3 mls of Urethane
topcoat paint.

Sacrificial Anodes: Zinc anodes as needed.

Watertight Doors, Hatches, Windows, and Port Lights

Doors Exterior: There are four exterior watertight
doors located aft starboard side entrance to salon,
port forward leading into galley, starboard side
wheelhouse and aft starboard on the sky lounge.

Interior Doors: There are two watertight interior doors
integral to the forward engine room bulkhead and
the aft engine room bulkhead leading to the
lazarette.

General: The entire interior steel surface (except
the engine room) is coated with 2 inches of fire
retardant, non-toxic polyurethane foam insulation.
This R rating of 16, provides excellent insulating
qualities, eliminates sweating, prevents corrosion
and provides an excellent sound barrier.
1.6.2
Staterooms: The exterior framing and exterior
ceilings of the staterooms are coated with an
additional 2 inches of polyurethane foam to provide
superior sound barrier. Additionally the staterooms
are mounted on rubber to reduce vibration in the
staterooms.
1.6.3
Engine Room Ceilings: Insulated with 2 inches
of sound down and covered with powder coated
aluminum panels and painted stark white.
1.6.4
Gen Sets Enclosures: Insulated with 2 inches
of sound down.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
3.1 Main
Engine

General: Caterpillar 3412E, 800 hp, twin disc gear
or equal transmission, four station MMC controls,
underwater exhaust and keel cooled.
3.1.2
Electronic Panel: DDEC Supplied by Caterpillar
includes oil pressure, water temperature, engine
rpm, hour meter, start /stop switch and standard
alarms. All gauges are duplicated in wheelhouse and
flybridge using a MCM EZ8.1 touch screen panel.

Engine Mounts: Main engine mounted on steel rails
with factory soft mounts for vibration suppression.
3.1.4
Alternator: Heavy-duty 24 volt DC alternator
supplied by engine manufacturer.

Guard: Stainless tube guard around engine and
transmission.

Controls: Four Station Mathers Micro Commander
controls, aft, wheelhouse interior, port side of
