Starting procedure for FS2000

, press CTRL+E to initiate engine autostart sequence, or to manually start the engines,
follow these steps:
Right Engine First:
1.
Set a Rich Mixture on the right engine by dragging the Right Mixture Lever down.
2.
Set the Right Ignition Switch (Magnetos) to Both.
3.
On the switches panel, turn the Boost RH Switch On (Down).
4.
Quickly set the Start Switch Down (RH). This switch will return to the center position automatically.
5.
Set the Prime Switch Down (RH) This switch will return to the center position automatically.
6.
Set the Master Ignition Switch (Magnetos) to On (UP) before the Start and Prime switches return to
the center position.
7.
Turn the Boost RH off when starting is complete.
Left Engine:
1.
Set a Rich Mixture on the left engine by dragging the Left Mixture Lever down.
2.
Set the Left Ignition Switch (Magnetos) to Both.
3.
On the switches panel, turn the Boost LH Switch On (Up). (Boost RH must be Off)
4.
Quickly set the Start Switch UP (LH). This switch will return to the center position automatically.
5.
Set the Prime Switch UP (LH). This switch will return to the center position automatically.
6.
Set the Master Ignition Switch (Magnetos) to On (UP) before the Start and Prime switches return to
the center position.
7.
Turn the Boost LH off when starting is complete.
Starting procedure for CFS2
For CFS2, both engines will start at once. Press E to initiate engine autostart sequence, or follow these steps to
start the engines manually:
Set a Rich Mixture by dragging both Mixture Levers down.
Set the both sides of the Ignition Switch (Magnetos) to Both
Set the Boost RH to On
Set the Start Switch Down (RH). This switch will return to the center position automatically.
Set the Prime Switch Down (RH). This switch will return to the center position automatically.
Set the Master Ignition Switch (Magnetos) to On before the switches START and PRIME switch back.
Set the Boost RH Switch to Off after the engines have started.
Due to limitations in the design, the engines cannot be shut off. Princess Switches
