The systems Design has taken into account the expected harsh operating environment and has also
been constructed to allow the operator easy access to all necessary functions at all times.
Installation and maintenance could not be easier with just 2 polarised and different shape mobile style
connectors to be made for complete system operation to be achieved ( Cables of 5 meters in length are
available, see rear of this booklet for details ).
The Material Spreader System consists of five (5) individual building blocks to make application,

General Information
Denison hydraulics prides itself on the fact that the product we supply to you is of outstanding
quality that can be applied easily and quickly with success BUT it is important for us to also
understand changing customer needs, market trends and application requirements. With this in
mind, we will be only too glad to discuss new applications and listen to new requirements that we

This NEW material spreader controller has been designed to not only comply with required CE
legislation but in many areas, exceed the test specifications demanded by the EMC directives
currently available as of February 1997. The units will however only meet the specifications laid
down in EN-50081-1 & EN-50082-2 ( heavy industrial specification ) if they are connected in
accordance with the relative application data sheets supplied in this booklet.
Denison hydraulics have engineered this material spreader controller to meet many of today's
exacting agricultural and municipal needs. The units can, because of their unique design , be
applied in market areas ranging from road grit spreaders to seed sowing with the confidence
that our valve, vane and piston product lines already enjoy.
This simple material spreader controller is a culmination of many years field experience and is
based on application ideas and needs that have come from all the various walks of the material
handling industries that are already using Electro-hydraulic equipment. These self contained
units consist of all the necessary building blocks which will allow Electro-hydraulic system
designers to fully explore the advantages of affordable proportional product whether mounted in
the drivers cab OR externally, And to see quickly and effectively how we can say that Denison
