FILING DATES
La date de production de toutes les demandes d'enregistrement de
marques de commerce annonces dans le prsent Journal, y
compris celles qui visent d'tendre l'tat dclaratif des marchandises
et/ou services d'un enregistrement existant, est indique en chiffres
immdiatement aprs le numro de dossier dans l'ordre anne, mois
et jour. Lorsqu'il existe une date de production actuelle et une date
de priorit, la date de priorit est prcde de la lettre P en
majuscule. Dans les demandes pour tendre l'tat dclaratif des
marchandises et/ou services, la date d'enregistrement initiale figure,
dans le mme ordre, aprs le numro d'enregistrement.
The filing date of each Trade-mark application advertised in this Journal,
including those to extend the statement of wares and/or services of an existing
registration, is shown in numerals immediately after the file number in the
sequence of Year, Month and Day. Where there is both an actual and a priority
filing date, the priority filing date is preceded by the capital letter P. In
applications to extend the statement of wares and/or services, the original
registration date appears, in the same sequence, after the registration number.

Toute personne qui croit avoir des motifs valables d'opposition (pour
les motifs d'opposition voir la section 38 de la Loi sur les marques de
commerce) une demande d'enregistrement ou une demande
pour tendre l'tat dclaratif des marchandises et/ou services
annonce dans le prsent Journal peut produire une dclaration
d'opposition auprs du registraire des marques de commerce dans
les deux mois suivant la date de parution de la prsente publication.
La dclaration doit tre tablie en conformit avec la formule 8 des
Rgles relatives aux marques de commerce et doit tre
accompagne du droit prescrit.
Any person who believes that he/she has a valid ground of opposition (see
Section 38 of the Trade-marks Act for the grounds of opposition) to any
application for registration or to any application to extend the statement of
wares and/or services advertised in this Journal may file a statement of
opposition with the Registrar of Trade-marks within two months from the date
of issue of this publication. The statement should be made in accordance with
Form 8 of the Trade-marks Rules and must be accompanied by the required
fee.
