& Trust. We cannot guarantee that this Switch Kit contains everything you may need to successfully move your
accounts, and automatic deposits & bill payments, as well as close your old accounts. You may be required to use
specific forms provided by each of your service/utility providers for automatic bill payments, your employer for direct
deposit, and your prior bank for closing your old account. Whatever the process may be for your situation, please
know that we are here to help you in any way possible. We will even take care of mailing out your completed forms for
you at our expense.
When setting up automatic bill payments and direct deposits you must provide information about the new account
where the money will be deposited or withdrawn.
For Direct Deposit and Automatic Bill Payment through Checking use the routing number and account number found
on your check. You can also find your Account Number on your statements or on the account documents provided
at account opening. Please view the following example to assist you with locating the correct numbers on your own
individual check.
If you are using a savings account instead of a checking account, check your bank statement or account
documents provided at account opening to locate your Account Number.
