the enclosure with 14 bolts.
The power supply circuit board assembly is installed on the mounting plate.
There are twelve tool-secured terminals for input and control wires. There
are two high voltage outputs for connecting the high voltage cables from
the neutralizing bar. The power ON LED is connected between two of the
input terminals. The LED is intended to warn maintenance personnel when
the power is on.
The power supply circuit board assembly on the mounting plate is shipped
inside the explosion-proof enclosure, but it is not secured to the enclosure.
This provides the unobstructed space for pulling the wiring through the
conduits into the enclosure. Once the wires are inside the enclosure, the
mounting plate with circuit board assembly is secured to the enclosure.

MODEL 8011HL
The Virtual AC Intelligent Static Neutralizer (U.S. Patent 5,930,105;
6,088,211; 6,130,815; 6,259,591; others pending) employs a novel ionization
technology for superior static neutralizing performance. The system
simultaneously monitors several performance and diagnostic
parameters. The system displays the critical information and alerts the
operator when it is time to clean the bar or if there is a problem.
The Virtual AC HL-Type Intelligent Static Neutralizers are approved by
FM Approvals for use in Class I, Division 1 or 2, Group D hazardous
locations in the US and Canada.
There are two configurations of the Virtual AC Neutralizer for hazardous
locations: with a visual operator interface and with a computer
interface.
The computer interface and Fieldbus versions of the Virtual AC
Intelligent Static Neutralizer for Hazardous Locations consist of a high-
efficiency 8001HL static neutralizing bar, solid-state high voltage power
supply with a built-in monitoring circuit, (model 8011RM in Canada and
models 8011RM or 8011HL in the US), 8003 computer interface or 8003-
Fieldbus module and 24-volt transformer.
In the Neutralizer with standard interface, the 8003 computer interface
module is substituted with the 8005 control module with visual indicators
and controls.
The 8001HL neutralizing bars, 8011HL power supply and the HL
Termination Box are designed for use inside the hazardous location. The
8011RM power supply, control module and 24-volt transformer must be
installed outside the hazardous area.
The HL Termination Box simplifies installation and removal of
neutralizing bars, and high voltage wiring inside conduits.
