At midnight on February 17, 2009, ALL full-powered television stations in the
United States will STOP broadcasting in analog and switch to 100% digital
broadcast. If you have an analog television, you will need to purchase a converter
box to receive the signal.
The boxes generally cost between $50 and $70. Congress created a TV Converter
Box Coupon Program to defray some of the cost. You can apply for the coupon
in the following ways:

The coupon offer is limited to two $40 coupons per household and expires on
