1. House
numbers.


Numbers posted outside of home at least 6 in height.


Numbers must contrast in color from background.


Number must be clearly visible from road way.

Battery powered emergency lighting shall be provided for a period of not less
than one (1) hour to illuminate the primary exit. The emergency lighting shall
provide illumination automatically in the event of any interruption of normal
lighting. F.A.C. 69A-43.018(6)

The maximum occupancy load of any vacation rental unit shall not exceed two
adults per bedroom ( children over six shall be considered adults for purposes of
this section), or the lesser of such other maximum occupancy load level as may be
set by either the Florida Fire Prevention Code for the particular residential
dwelling unit pursuant to its administration rule making authority or the Village
building official.
The maximum occupancy load permitted for one and two family dwellings and
mobile homes licensed as public lodging establishments shall be computed at 150
square feet gross floor area per person. F.A.C. 69A-43.018

A fire safety information pamphlet describing evacuation of the dwelling or
vehicle, smoke detector information, procedures for reporting a fire or other
emergency shall be provided to guests. F.A.C. 69A43-018(9)

Private fire protection systems certifications.
Buildings with fire alarms and/ or fire suppression systems must have
documentation showing proper maintenance and certification.
