The e2c 67 centralized I/O Station is particularly recommended for a
high density of I/O (64 to 128) and where space is limited. Numerous
bus-neutral I/O modules make individual and flexible wiring solutions
regardless of the choice of fieldbus. The I/O modules snap onto the
system's backplane individually and the backplane functions as a
mounting plate and as a contact unit for safe installation on the
machine. Peripheral devices can be connected directly to the e2c 67
system via digital and analog inputs and outputs with M8, M12 or
M23 connections.

Lumberg Automation has the ideal solutions for mechanical engineering and production systems for a wide range of
industries, including automotive, handling/assembly and food and beverage. Our products are designed for use
directly on the machine and are robust, compact and user friendly to install.
The ideal control cabinet replacement, mounting directly on the
machine: the modular concept makes e2c 67 extremely suitable as
a connection island for decentralized periphery.
For example, if a machine/system has distributed I/O concentrations
and restricted space because of a modular construction, then LioN-
Link is a good choice.
The right wiring concept for your system.
Numerous cordsets are available for the comfortable connection of
actuators and sensors to active or passive distribution boxes.
M8 distribution boxes are giving the necessary flexibility to adapt to
your system's environment. An optimized distance between the I/O
connections enables simple handling.
The LioN-Link system consists of bus coupler modules, which
provide the connection between the super ordinate fieldbus and the
fieldbus independent I/O modules with standard connectors. The
BusHead communicates with the I/O modules to distribute the data
to the field devices via two lines. A total of 15 devices per branch
can be connected to the system for a total extension of 100 m per
branch.
You can save yourself the time-consuming expensive installation of
terminal blocks and distribution boxes. Actuator/sensor distributors
are integrated directly into your machinery and systems with a wide
array of products for various conditions of use are available.
Lumberg Automation products combine compact construction and
optimum handling characteristics to enable easy, fast and safe
wiring.
Shorter product lifecycles and frequent system modifications require a flexible, modular system concept, which take
into account future developments and retrofitting. Our wiring components provide simple, quick assembly and startup
of systems with limited wiring complexity through fewer terminal blocks and distribution boxes.

e2c 20 is a compact, IP20 rated, modular fieldbus station that
enables a wide range of flexible applications. Features setting e2c 20
apart are a removable connection block with spring-loaded terminals
and flat cable connection for modules with 16 inputs and 16 outputs
on a space-saving 12 mm overall width. IP 20 wiring systems are
ideal for applications involving small assembly and handling
machines where no long distances exist between the control cabinet
and a small number of I/O signals.
