The Allen-Bradley OneGear product line is the next generation of medium voltage motor
control specically designed to meet NEMA, IEC, and a variety of global standards.
OneGear products oer greater motor control center and power control center options for
full voltage and solid state reduced voltage applications and supporting operating voltages
up to 15kV. Utilizing both vacuum contactor and circuit breaker switching technology, the
OneGear product family oers customers a wide range of exible product solutions to
help meet their application needs. All OneGear products are available with optional
arc-resistant cabinets which meet IEEE C37.20.7 and IEC Type 2 protection. As with all
Intelligent Motor Control solutions from Rockwell Automation, the OneGear product line
oers remote monitoring, diagnostic capability and in-depth motor protection for
maximum motor utilization while avoiding damage and downtime. The next generation of
medium voltage motor control and power distribution control oers greater capabilities,
exible control congurations, improved personnel protection and is an adaptable solution

Designed to meet NEMA, IEC and a variety of global
standards, the OneGear full voltage non-reversing
(FVNR) controller oers customers the quality
and exibility they have come to know from
Allen-Bradley products. Supporting voltages up to
7.2kV, the FVNR controller is available in a compact
draw-out contactor design. The power fuses, vacuum
contactor and control circuit transformer and fuses,
are all part of a molded draw-out assembly. For
voltages from 7.2 to 14.4 kV the FVNR controller will be
provided using either vacuum circuit breaker or
vacuum contactor switching technology. Helping to
provide a higher degree of safety, all compartment
doors are fully interlocked to help prevent accidental
access. OneGear products are also available in
optional arc-resistant enclosures designed to meet
IEEE C37.20.7 and
IEC Type 2
accessibility levels
of protection, even
when the low
voltage door is open
for maintenance
purposes. Optional
earthing switches
are available for
additional safety and
to meet specic local
standards.

Draw-out design for higher exibility

The OneGear FVNR controller is available in the most
compact draw-out contactor design available on the
market today.
The power fuses, vacuum contactor and control
circuit transformer and fuses, are all part of a molded
draw-out assembly.
Electrical and mechanical interlocks helps to ensure
that:
the contactor is properly seated to the power bus
connectors before the contactor can be energized.
the contactor is de-energized before it can be withdrawn
or connected to the power bus.
The draw-out contactor incorporates a tulip power
connector design that is self aligning, makes solid
360 clamping force to the power bus and helps
reduce the possibility of hot spots.
For maintenance purposes the draw-out contactor
can be moved to a test position where the contactor
can be energized while still in the enclosure.
All access to medium voltage in the power cell
is isolated by a mechanically interlocked
power bus isolation shutter mechanism.

ArcShield cabinet design
For industries requiring a higher level of personnel
protection, Rockwell Automation oers its OneGear
medium voltage control products in an optional ArcShield
arc-resistant enclosure. Arc ash energy is redirected
through pressure relief vents in the
top of the unit and away from
personnel via an overhead plenum.

Original Equipment Manufacturers to design and build
customized MV SMC Flex controllers to help meet your specic
applications. A complete controller can be developed by
incorporating the power electronics and the control circuitry
of the OEM controller with the main and bypass control
arrangement of your choice.
Retrot Controller

The Retrot controller allows you to retrot an existing
xed speed controller into a MV SMC Flex controller. Ideal
for locations where existing oor space prevents the use
of a MV SMC Flex controller, the Retrot controller can be
used in conjuction with existing input controllers. With
one of the smallest footprints in the industry, the Retrot
controller includes the integral bypass controller as well as
the power electronics and control circuitry.
MV SMC Flex Controller

Designed for new applications, the MV SMC Flex controller
is a complete controller including the input controller,
the power electronics, control circuitry and the bypass
controller. The MV SMC Flex controller is shipped as
one complete shipping unit, with all power and control

A new high performance multi-function protection system
providing solid-state protection for Motors, Mains, Feeders,
and Transformers- all in one compact product. The Bulletin
