HURLETRON
®
is a
complete and self-sufficient system for filling
ink fountains in offset printing presses. All
functions are integrated on one ink leveler,
with ink valve and level control integrated into
the unit. The intelligent sensor directly con-
trols the ink valve.
The ink fountain level controller FNR-
COMPACT is suitable for use in commercial
web presses, sheet-fed offset presses, con-
tinuous forms presses and for UV ink with spe-
cial integrated electronic component.
The level controller is quick and easy to
install. Just lift it into the ink duct (total
weight approx. 8 lb), connect the ink, air and
power supply lines and it is ready to go.

the ink tube
The hinge joint makes it possible to turn the ink valve with
multifunction switch and control lamp to an easily acces-
sible position.

Turn the multifunction switch to
the left to switch on the automatic
filling mode for the ink duct (lights
up green).
Turn to the middle setting to switch
off the filling mode. Turn to the
right for manufal filling mode; release the switch
for reset to the O-setting.
The red lamp issues a warning for overfilling and
underfilling.
