Spring Driven Hose Reels
The 80000 Series reel is the most compact 3/4" x 50' hose reel available.
The reel holds up to 50' of 3/4" I.D. hose or will accommodate up to 100'
of 1/2" I.D. hose.
The 80000 Series Features:
Sealed ball bearing 3/4" swivel union requires minimum torque and
assures smooth hose retraction and full flow.
Dual ball bearing spool support bearings.
Designed and tooled for automated manufacturing.
Three-in-one heat treated aluminum casting incorporates main shaft,
ratchet, spring arbor and outlet plumbing in one piece casting.
Containerized drive spring.
Hose anti-latch out feature. Eliminates hose lock out.
Durable baked on powder coat finish. Each component is painted individ-
ually.
Dual Pedestal base and guide arm design, structurally reinforced.
Guide arm is field adjustable for wall, ceiling, or truck mounting positions.

metal grounded guard.
Style #5 - Rubber handle with vinyl coated cage, without switch or recep-
tacle for non-sparking applications. Automatic on/off switch at reel guide
arm. Complies with NEC #511-3,f., Portable lighting equipment. Meets
OSHA requirements.
Fluorescent Light Features:
Energy efficient, uses less electricity than an incandescent light for the
same amount of lumens.
Remains cool, safer when handling.
Style #2 - Durable shock absorbing lamp holder and shatter resistant
tube with switch.
Style #6 - Explosion Proof 13 watt fluorescent hand lamp with automatic
on/off switch at reel guide arm. Hand lamp suitable for Class 1, group C
& D locations. Reel is not explosion proof.
