AGILITY TRIAL PREMIUM LIST SANCTIONED BY CANINE PERFORMANCE EVENTS, INC. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
* The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial,
exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations
of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all
obstacles safely.
* Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent,
disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the show
committee.
* It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the
behavior of their dog(s) and / or children. Any exhibitor whose dog(s) and /
or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in
unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the show committee,
be asked to leave the show site. In that case, no refund of any fees paid
will be made.
* No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by
reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency,
act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the
organizing committee.
* Obstacles shall meet the specifications for obstacles in the current
edition of Regulations for Agility Trials.
* Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate, and legible information
on the entry forms: illegible or incomplete entries cannot be entered in the
show.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ!
MAILING YOUR ENTRIES

Entries postmarked before the opening date of October 3,
2008 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Make all checks payable to SKYLINE AGILITY CLUB


Do not mail your entries by any method that requires a signature.
This will only delay its receipt. (And dont use Fedex or UPS
overnights).

Hand-delivered or electronic entries will not be accepted. The
postmark (not the delivery date) will determine the entry order.

After allowing approximately ten days for all the entries
postmarked on the opening date to arrive, entries are
accepted in a random order from the group postmarked
with the first day or postmark opening date.

If trial fills on first postmark date, volunteers get first preference.

We will provide electronic acknowledgements to all entrants who
include their Email addresses.

Please double-check your entry form to ensure it is filled out
completely and correctly.

6.45 a.m. Training Center opens

7.00a.m. to 7.45a.m. Registration and Measuring

7.40 a.m. Judges General briefing followed by first class briefing
and walk thru. Exhibitors not attending the general briefing will still
be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in such a briefing.
Neither the judge(s) nor the host club are required to provide
details of the general briefing once it has been given.

8.00 a.m. First dog on line.


PRIZES & AWARDS: Placement rosettes or ribbons will be awarded for 1
st
through 4
th
place
for Qualifying and non-qualifying scores for all classes. Dogs with an NT (no time) are not
eligible for any ribbons. Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to all dogs receiving a
qualifying score, and Jr Handlers in Standard.

OBSTACLES: The following obstacles shall be used. Obstacle specifications shall meet
the current CPE obstacle requirements.

Dogs able to move up as a result of Saturdays Standard, Snooker or
Jumpers runs must provide a move up form to the trial secretary before
the last class of the day Saturday, November 15, 2008.

Move up forms will be available at the Score Table. Must submit form
to the Trial Secretary before the last class on Saturday.


Trials are a lot of work and wed sure appreciate some help. Priority
for a limited number of available spots will be given to exhibitors
who volunteer to work. If you can give us a hand, please let us
know how we can best use your talents. We are offering a light
breakfast, lunch and snacks to people who help at our trial.

SITE INFORMATION

There will be set up on Friday night. The training center will be open at
6.45a.m. on Saturday the 15th.

Building is a 2 story walk up. Is heated but tends to be chilly, dressing in
layers is suggested.

Please park as directed by the trial officials. To assist with parking
please car pool if possible.

There is a designated potty area. Please clean up after your dog and
place waste in the receptacles provided by the club. Do not use any
dumpster or allow dogs to urinate on buildings .

Crating space is extremely limited
. Please do not bring dogs that are not
competing into the building. Our parking lot is a safe area. No ex-pens.

Snacks and beverages will not be on sale. There are numerous food
vendors within a minutes drive.

VERY IMPORTANT
Parking and Pooping Rules

Park in the parking lot only. As you enter the gates there is a small
parking area - under no circumstances are you permitted to park there -
continue around to your right and there are some additional spaces (you may
park in those, but it is not preferred). You should park toward the green sheds
and the building
