Dates and duration of these jobs may change prior to construction. 
Additional information will be posted prior to commencement of a particular
job if a significant impact to available flowing supplies is expected.


Unless specifically stated to the contrary, the following jobs will
not impact firm transportation.  However, based on past operating
conditions, it is anticipated that interruptible transportation services
(IT and secondary FT) may be impacted by some of the work.  The
extent of this impact will depend on operating conditions at the time
of the outage.


To minimize any impact to throughput, normally each pipeline outage
is for only one pipeline valve section on one of several parallel pipelines
in the right-of-way.  In most of its right-of-way, Transco has
two or more parallel pipelines.


Job No. 1


North High Island Gathering
System Lateral Line Lowering project


The North High Island Gathering System 20-inch lateral
has insufficient cover where the line approaches the beach coming into
Jefferson County, Texas.  The line will be taken out of service
and lowered to a safe depth.  For the duration of the outage, no
gas will be accepted from production facilities flowing into the North
High Island Gathering System.  Recently the average daily receipts
into Transco from the North High Island Gathering System have been approximately
370 MMscf per day, under typical operating conditions.  The outage
is scheduled from June 19 through July 3, 2006.

Texas Highway 181 Relocation


Work on Texas Highway 181 requires relocation of
24-inch Main Line A between the start of the Transco main Line and
Compressor Station 30 near El Campo, Texas (MP 258.43) (Wharton County).
The Texas DOT mandated relocation is on a single pipeline section of
the Transco system. The pipeline upstream of the work will be isolated
near Sinton, Texas, during the relocation work. No receipts from points
upstream of outage will be accepted for delivery downstream of the outage. 
Estimated outage timing: April 18 to April 22, 2006.

delivery downstream of the outage. The three meter stations tied to
Transco in the affected section, Houston Bammel Meter Stations 3249
and 4359 and Texaco Milton Meter Station 1628, will not be available
for receipts or deliveries during the outage. Estimated outage timing:
July 17 to July 21, 2006.
