1) Notice: Important Safety Instructions
1) The nominal voltage of DC input to the A/D board is 12V, and the voltage tolerance is +/- 1V. The size of DC current
depends on the TFT LCD, audio amplifier, etc. Please note that your AC/DC adapters output plug need to match the DC
input jack, the diameter of the jack is 2.1 mm.
2). Before connecting these input/output ports, such as analog VGA port, digital DVI port, Audio port, it is strongly
recommended that your turn off the A/D board and remove the DC 12V plug from the DC input jack.
3).Dont put the A/D board into a airtight package. When it works, it will produce a certain heat.
4). When assembling it, please use a suitable force, dont distort the PCB and other components.
5). The firmware of the A/D board is corresponding to the different TFT LCD, so please tell us your LCD model before
purchasing out A/D board.

2) Introduction
BIZAN3XSL board is a high performance display controller board for TFT LCD Monitor it has a very thin package.
This board integrates ADC, SCALER, OSD controller, TCON (Timing Controller), stereo audio amplifier, it can
support from VGA to XGA 85Hz or SXGA 60Hz with full screen image expansion.

3) Features
Support TFT LCD panel without TCON module. All VESA standard analog RGB (VGA) resolution from VGA, SVGA,
XGA to SXGA, Vertical refresh frequency from 56Hz to 85 Hz (but it is recommended that it is no more than

A) The summary of all modules:
a) LCD panel
This board can support LVDS signal interface LCD panel.
b) LCD signal cables
In order to provide a good signal quality, it is recommended that the FFC LCD cable should be no longer
Than 220 mm, short distance is preferred.
c) Inverter
In order to obtain optimum performance and long lifetime, avoid the interference between inverter switching
Frequency and LCD Horizontal SYNC frequency, please choose our recommended inverter. In addition, short
Inverter cable from controller board to inverter and enough bearing current ability (over 2A) should be cared.
d) OSD keypad button
The buttons (switches) should be have good elasticity.
e) DC 12V power input
The monitor system (include controller board, inverter, 2 speakers, LCD, etc) need a 3A/12V DC power input.
A good and stable AC/DC adapter should be choused.
f) Analog VGA input
The analog VGA input cable need be shielded, and its length should be no longer 2m.
g) Audio input
We should use a shielded audio cable.
h) Assembly notes
Before assembly the monitor, well think about the system grounding, shielding, electrical insulation, cable
Management, heat and ventilation, fastness etc.


OSD menu and Keypad introduction

You may use 5-key or 6-key OSD keypad to control OSD menu according to your monitor case.
5-key: Autoconfig, Menu, Left, Right, Power On/Off Dont use Exit signal.

6-key: Autoconfig, Menu, Left, Right, Exit, Power On/Off
Please connect the key button (switch) corresponding to the pin (signal) of CN6, the another pin of button
Should be connected to signal GND (Ground), the Orange_LED and Green_LED signals should be

Connected to the every Anode of the 3-Pin dual colors LED.

The comment of OSD menu:

Audio: Adjust the audio volume via pressing LEFT or RIGHT key (button)

Turn On or off the audio voice via Mute item, press LEFT or RIGHT key (button) to switch the on and off
Option.
Contrast: Adjust the color contrast degree of Black color and White color.

Brightness: Adjust the screen brightness via adjust the current of Cold Cathode Fluorescence Lamp via.
Image Setting: Autoconfig, adjust image Horizontal position and Vertical position on the screen,
Focus (phase) and clock.

Autoconfig Autoconfig for image H/V position on the screen, and sampling phase and clock of the VGA
Input signal.

Focus Adjust the sampling phase of input VGA signal.
Clock Adjust the sampling clock of input VGA signal.
OSD Setting: Adjust OSD menu position on the screen, select the menu font language between English,
Simplify Chinese, Tradition Chinese.

Reset: Reset/cancel all customers adjustment to factory setting.
Exit: Exit all layers menu.













Precaution

For the sake of normal usage of this product, preventing incident from the electric shock or fire etc., please
follow the precaution below instructions:

a) Before operating this appliance, read these instructions, keep these instructions, heed all warnings, and follow these
instructions.

b) The DC (Direct current) supply of appliance is from the indicated AC (Alternating Current)/DC adapter. The AC voltage

board.
e) Do not place the board inside of the Hull son or Box that do not transmit heats, with the environment the airiness
spreads well, Do not let the sunshine contact the board or other heat sources close to it, The heat sources, such as
radiators, stoves, or their apparatus that produce heat.
f) Pay attention to prevent it from contacting with wetness or the dust, in order to protect the electric circuit from decaying.
g) While assembling, pay attention to reserve the certain space to keep the air spreads well, while it can prevent the
conductor (for the fixed sheet iron of the of the controller board and the inverter) from contacting with the units of
electricity board, from happening the short circuit with the board.( knothole install position bore etc. excepted)

i) While assembling, pay attention to make sure that the controller board is prevented from not being curved because of
the additional pressure.
j) While assembling, notice that the controller board is in right connection with inverter, LCD, OSD keypad, and the
speaker, choosing the right LCD work electric voltage( over low the display will not right, LCD may be burnt under over the
high work voltage), The power is ON after all checking is well.

k) The procedure of the MCU on the board should be in of accord with the procedure of the LCD, otherwise there is no
display.

l) The circuit signal on the Key board, the infrared acceptor and the inverter must pass directly the electric cable to
connect to the IC on the board, the attention is that avoiding short circuit and the damages from the static electricity on the
hand ESD.

m) All connectors of output or input should be operated under the situation of cutting the power (pull out to put to deal with
contact).

n) Under the rain-storm weather, at the time of the thunder and lightning especially, please pull out the power supply and
the TV RF outlet.

o) This product is applicable to common business usage and domestic usage, if it is applied into the environment with
high temperature (such as in outdoor), high humidity, the strong vibration (carried in car), strong electromagnetism
radiation, please contact our sales personnel.
