Symmetrical Amperes
The TE/C/C Series is a non-modular parallel
suppressor designed for service entrance or
downstream applications. The TE/C/C is a multi-
stage suppression circuit consisting of field
proven, fast acting MOVs and provides an
independent suppression path for both normal
mode (L-N) and common mode (L-G) transients.
Each individual phase features a 200KAIR tested
fuse for safe operation during a system fault
condition. All suppression elements are
encapsulated in heat-sinking silicon granules for
additional containment safety.

The TE/C/C Series is equipped with on-line
diagnostics that continuously monitor the unit
status and signal a reduction in surge capacity
through individual LED indicators. All CCI Surge
Control® products are designed and tested in
accordance with the recommendations and
procedures of ANSI/IEEE C62.41 and C62.45.
The TE/C/C Series is UL 1449 Second Edition
Listed, and has been tested and UL qualified for
service entrance applications with short circuit
current ratings up to 200,000 rms symmetrical
amperes.
