Instructions:
1. Insert bolts with washers in holes on either side to be used (see diagram above).
2. Insert sleeve so that first swaged area will be about 1/64" from end of sleeve. Tighten bolts LIGHTLY

to hold sleeve (see diagram above).
3. Insert cable and double back through sleeve, extending cut end approx. 1/8" through sleeve. First swaged area

should be next loop.
4. If using a thimble, insert at this time and hold cable snug against thimble while follow step #5
5. Tighten bolts EVENLY to bring two halves of tool tightly together. 5/8" box end wrench 9" long is recommended.
6. Loosen bolts, reposition tool for next swage (leave approx. 1/32" between swaged areas). And repeat

step 5 above.
1/16", 3/32", 1/8" & 5/32" Sleeves should have 3 SWAGED AREAS.
3/16" & 1/4" Sleeves should have 4 SWAGED AREAS.
NOTES:
A) Not for use on stainless steel fittings
B) When using 1x19 strand cable, use two sleeves at each end to obtain proper holding strength.
C) Lubricate bolts occasionally for easier tightening.
