QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum - High School Education
Typing Skills - minimum 40 wpm
Preferred ten key by touch
Excellent communication skills
Strong English skills
Previous experience preferred in customer service background
Outgoing, flexible, able to handle stress, self - motivated
Ability to deal with difficult situations and people
Enjoy sales work
Service oriented
CULTURE:
Job is an office environment and requires sitting at a desk, communicating verbally
with customers on the telephone and entering data in the computer.
Hours: During training period - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, one hour
lunch scheduled
Hours: After training may vary
Half hour lunches may be required
