Close your old account by sending the attached form to your old
bank no need for you to stop by. Your old bank will send you a check
for the remaining balance in your account. Now youve got one of the top
performing credit unions in the United States* at your service!

Change any automatic payments or withdraw
als. Use the automatic withdrawal form (see
below) to change any automatic withdrawals or
payment services. Dont forget any payments that
use your old debit card number.

Change your direct deposits. Fill out the
included direct deposit form and give it to
your employers payroll department, the Social
Security Administration or your retirement plan.
Include a new deposit slip or voided check. If
your employer doesnt offer direct deposit just ask
us for a our postage paid envelopes. Well make
sure you always have enough to take care of your
business with SLFCU.

Stop using your old account, and let all your
outstanding checks clear. This might take up
to 10 days. Destroy your old unused checks,
deposit slips, and your old ATM and debit cards.

with an initial deposit of $5 or more, and
