Excess Equipment
Unnecessary to Operations

As of March 25, 2008

We are continuing to remove excess equipment from our manufacturing locations. All items are listed
to the best of our ability. It is the purchasers responsibility to verify any critical information. All
equipment is pri
ced and sold as is, where is, without any expressed or implied warranty. Equipment is
not guaranteed to meet any safety standards. Approximate motor sizes indicate an illegible motor tag or
a missing motor tag. Prices are f.o.b. the listed location. You will need to sign our Indemnity
Agreement and provide an insurance rider prior to your people dismantling any equipment. You will be
responsible to remove all equipment to our satisfaction. Use of a forklift for up to one hour with our
operator will be included on all items selling for over $10,000.00. If you want us to load any
equipment that exceeds this amount of time, we will charge $100.00 per man-hour for this service.

California sales taxes will be added to the sales price unless you present a valid resale permit for the
state of California. We are willing to listen to serious counters on most prices listed. Additional
machinery has not yet been cataloged, but is available for sale. We reserve the right to pull any of this
equipment off of this list without notice.

Most pieces of equipment have digital photographs available that can be sent via the Internet for
you to gain an initial look at the equipment before spending time and money to personally view.

Johnson 5 Panel Feed, Rip & Stack System

Ripsaw is Model 435-H/R.F. Serial # M.J. 3341. Located in Idabel, OK.
Great roll-
fed 5 panel ripsaw system with inbound chains to Burelbach layer rake feeding
system and Burelbach outbound stacking system leading to outbound chains. Two hydraulic
pumps handle the entire system. One hydraulic pump is missing entirely and the electric motor
is missing off of the remaining unit (price has been reduced to compensate for this). One man
can operate this high productivity ripsaw and material handling system with major production
capacity. You really need to see this system to appreciate its capabilities.
The arbor diameter is 2-
5/8 with a 100 HP motor.
