To customer owned electric generation facilities that are interconnected with
the company's power supply, rated at 20 Kw or less and who have entered into a
parallel generation contract with the company. If a customer has more than one
generator, the generator's ratings shall be summed. This sum shall not exceed

MONTHLY RATE
Deliveries from the company to the customer shall be billed in accordance with
the standard applicable rate schedules of the company.
Flow of energy from the customer's generation facilities into the electrical
system of the company shall be permitted with the meter of the company allowed
to run backwards. If the amount of energy supplied to the company exceeds the
amount of energy consumed, the customer will receive a credit on his monthly
bill equal to the net excess kilowatthours of energy received by the company
multiplied by the Energy Credit Rate, including any applicable adjustment for
cost of fuel, or the customer will receive a check for this amount issued by
the company. Any credits to the customer shall be reduced by the monthly

SPECIAL RULES
1.
For customers who are otherwise eligible for net energy billing and who
receive retail electric service under a time of day rate, it is presently
impossible to be billed on a net energy basis unless a second time of day
meter is installed. This is because all of the basic time of day meters
and registers either, (1) are equipped with a detent (ratchet) which will
not permit one or more of the registers to turn backwards, or (2) have
registers which are driven by pulses which, in turn, do not recognize the
direction of energy flow. Customers in this situation can either have a
second meter installed by the company at the customers expense and receive
net energy billing or receive service under parallel generation rate
schedules PG-1, or PG-2. Should the customer choose to install a second
time of day meter, the cost of the meter shall be paid back by the customer
over a time period not to exceed two years. The cost of the extra meter
shall include any financing costs incurred by the company.
2.
The customer generating facility shall be permanently connected to only
those facilities receiving service under rate schedules with similar rate
designs. Customers shall not be allowed to switch their generation back
and forth between two or more rate schedules to circumvent the intent of
rate design.
