Small items and small loads can be dropped off anytime during the hours above. Large items and large loads
(over five items or 100 lbs.) should be called in first to assure access and minimize your wait time.

Drop-Off Areas: Very small items or loads that you can easily carry at one time may be brought directly into
our store entrance. Any deposits larger than you can carry effortlessly should be brought to our loading dock
ramp at the rear of our building. Please use the left side loading dock door only.

Acceptable Free Drop-Off Items: Computer monitors (CRTs); televisions; console televisions; one-piece
front-projection TVs; projectors; computers (CPUs); laptops; keyboards; computer mice; scanners; fax
machines; black & white and color copiers; printers; multiuse machines (fax, scan and print); speakers;
external disk and hard drives; circuit boards and other loose parts; crushed or destroyed hard drives and other
electronics; network hubs, modems and routers; other electronic peripherals; cords and cables; PDAs and
PDA cradles; cellular phones; telephone systems; telecommunications equipment; radios and stereos;
electronic toys and Gameboys; VCRs; DVD players; camcorders and digital cameras; older large
mainframes; adding machines and calculators; electronic pen plotters; electronic scales; electronic credit card
machines and printers; toner cartridges; floppy disks; CD disks; DVD disks; video cassettes; digital tapes;
batteries within electronics; UPSs (Uninterrupted Power Sources); large electrical and electronic equipment;
microwave ovens; vacuum cleaners; blenders and mixers; coffee makers; bread makers; cameras; electric
lawn mowers; electric motors; electric fans; electric shavers; electrical appliances; electric power tools;
electrical power panels and control boxes; flashlights unless battery acid damaged, washers; dryers;
dishwashers; refrigerators; air conditioners.

Acceptable Drop-Off Items that Incur Fees: Large commercial size ballasts ($1.00 each); fluorescent lighting
fixture ballasts ($.80 each); fluorescent lighting tubes (4 ft. $1.00 each, 8 ft. $2.00 each); incandescent light
bulbs ($1.10 per pound); loose, dry cell batteries ($.50 per pound).

Unacceptable Items: X-ray equipment and materials; broken glass of any kind including CRTs, lamps, etc.;
general scrap metal, plastic, etc. unless related to E-waste; smoke detectors; thermostats; audio tapes; wet
cell batteries and automotive batteries; oversize electrical and electronic equipment unless with special
arrangements; leaking batteries; lamp fixtures with glass or ceramic; biohazardous materials; any items
hazardous to handle or with breakable glass or ceramic.

Directions: You can reach us easily from Lomita Blvd. Travel East from Hawthorne Blvd. or West from
Crenshaw Blvd. Turn north on Early Ave. (away from Torrance Memorial Hospital). Then turn left (West) on
Fujita Ave. That quickly runs into Kashiwa Court. Enter the first driveway on your left.
