clean and in the proper
operating range to do its
job. And a clean cooler
bundle is the essential
element in this process.
After the lube oil picks up
heat from the bearings, it

professional personnel use only state of the art Goodway Technologies'
equipment and consumables. Any problem from light mud and silt all the
way to hard scales such as manganese, calcium carbonate, and silica can
be easily and economically removed with our wide selection of coiled
brushes and plastic, polymer, and steel scrapers. With NHECC, setup is a
breeze; all we need from you is one water supply (fire hose), one air
hook-up, and one 480V-1PH AC hook-up. That means less setup time
and less hose and cord clutter, providing a safer work environment.

Using our state of the art, newly patented foaming system, National
Heat Exchange can restore cooling efficiency and reduce downtime. This system is
designed to chemically remove accumulations of organic and inorganic deposits such
as oils, calcium, dust, dirt, and other deposits that inhibit heat transfer. We apply a
heavy "shaving cream like" foam into and around the cooler coils. As the foam
dissipates, the deposits are gently removed from the cooling surfaces. This unique
cleaning method minimizes chemical requirements by keeping the chemical in place on
the deposit long enough for the active ingredients to penetrate and remove the
deposits from the coils.
