Prior Experience:

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Brown served as Senior Electronics Engineer for Walt Disney
World and Productions. He was responsible for all aspects of systems engineering and
maintenance on a variety of animation, show and ride control systems used at EPCOT and Walt
Disney World.







1980 - 1985

Earlier in his Disney career, as a member of WED Enterprises, Mr. Brown was responsible for
the conceptual design and manufacturing of a variety of show control transportation and ride
control equipment for Disneyland, Walt Disney World and EPCOT.

Mr. Brown was also active in non-entertainment activities as control system engineer for Joy
Manufacturing which designed and manufactured air pollution control systems for large coal-
fired steam generators. His duties there involved engineering and programming large
Programmable Controller (PLC) systems for all aspects of system control in digital, analog and
PID control loops.
