2. Standard
Equipment Furnished: The above rates are applicable to street lighting
equipment mounted


on wood
poles and installed on bracket arms. 


3. Hours
of Service; All night service will normally be from dusk to dawn which
will be considered 4,000


hours per
year or an average of 333 hours per month.


4. Contracts:
A contract for a period of not less than one year and not more than
five years may be


required
for service under this schedule and will remain in effect from year
to year thereafter


until cancelled.


5.       
Customers may purchase energy and ancillary services in the competitive
market and bill credits (N)


          
will be used to reflect those purchases.  (N)


6. Because of contractual agreements between SCWC
and SCE, firming capacity is supplied for all (N)


energy delivered to the SCWC
system.  Customers making direct access energy purchases are  (N)


not obligated to obtain firm
