1.

This adjustment is to be made when the recline motor fails to shut off once the
chair reaches its reclining limit.
2.

Standing in front of the chair locate the recline motor to your left behind the
apron. Partial reclining of the chair will be necessary in order to access the motor.
3.

Facing the front panel of the motor locate two adjustment screws with the Roman
numerals I and II along side adjustments.
4.

Recline the chair until the chair top stops moving but the recline motor continue
to run.
5.

Turn screw II clockwise slowly until motor stops humming.
6.

Run the chair back up partially and then recline allowing the chair to run to its
limit, making sure recline motor shuts off.
7.

SCREW I SHOULD NOT BE ADJUSTED IN THE FIELD.


SCREW II ADJUSTMENT FOR INSTRUCTION:

Turn II counter clockwise for greater recline.
Turn II clockwise for less recline.
