Terms for Exhibitions in the Marriott Palace
Due to the unique condition of the Omar Khayyam Palace, which date back to the
19
th
century; any exhibition within its premises will have to follow the strict
guidelines of the Cultural and Antiquities Authorities.
We welcome your participation in the dental trade exhibition organized concurrent
with the 12
th
International Symposium on Dentofacial Development and Function.
We are looking forward to assisting your company in the setting up of an
extraordinary exhibition and are asking for your cooperation in complying with the
succeeding regulations:
1- Heavy weight equipments such as dental units, x-ray machines or any
comparable equipment in weight are prohibited.
2- It is not allowed to bring any tools or equipments necessary for making any
decorations or erection of booths in the banquet room or the areas specified for
the exhibition, but to have these decorations ready made to be installed into the
room and not to be made into it.
3- Fixed constructed booths are not allowed.
4- It is prohibited to stick any stickers or put any banners directly onto the walls or
the ceiling or to fix anything to the floor.
5- There must be a minimum of 1 meter space from the walls of Aida Hall
6- Moving of any piece of the furniture is not allowed.
Your cooperation and adherence to these rules will be highly appreciated in order
to preserve this historical and valuable place from any harm.
