The pre-qualification documents in English can
be peruses at the address below and pur-
chased upon submission of a receipt after pay-
ment on non-refundable fee of shs.50,000
bank, Kampala Road Branch, using bank pay-
ment slip from the ministry headquarters Cash
office. The Bid for each item should be clearly
marked Pre-qualification for..(goods/serv-
ice/works).
Pre-qualification submissions must be deliv-
ered to address below on July 20th 2006 at
11.00 am.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bid-
ders/representatives who will choose to attend
at 2.00 pm of the closing date in the ground
floor boardroom of he Ministry Headquarters.
