style=" text-align: center;">General orders


style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 1:


This act is enforced for insuring traffic security
and orders to prevent accidents and risks, which are possibly, occur
on public roads.


style=" margin-top: 12pt;"> Article 2:


The following terms suggesting the following meanings
in this act:



Road Traffic: Include every kind of movement and stoppage of
humans, animals and transport on public road.
Public Road: way, road, street, avenue and park, which can be used fro public traffic by every person,
with or without charge or by another manner, a</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">nd should not be private property, unless the property
is allocated for, traffic by the owner.
Traffic Inclusive: the person who directly or instrumentality participate</span><span
class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial'; font-size: 12pt;
">s in traffic roads.
Foot passenger inclusive: person, who uses public road without any t</span><span
class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial'; font-size: 12pt;
">ransportation.
Driver: the person, who drive a motor vehicle or arms bearing or military vehicles on public road, include  cycle drivers, and the people who drive animals pulling carts,
on public road, single or group wise (cattle).
Vehicle: geomorphic ve</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">hicle, which is pulled and moved by human, animal or motor upon wh</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">eel</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">s.
Motor Vehicle: geomorphic vehicle, which is derived by power of
machine, upon wheels, and used fro human and goods transportation.
Public vehicle: rental motor vehicle, which is used f</span><span
class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial'; font-size: 12pt;
">or transportation of human, buses, national buses, electrical buses
and taxis are includes in this definition.
Trailer: vehicle without machine, which is used for
goods transportation and pulled by vehicle, which has ability to pull
it up.
Total legal load: total load including the load of vehicle, which is
fixed and registered by competent administration, in the registration,
based on specification and dynamic power of a vehicle.
Traffic lights: Traffic lights, which are used for arrangement and guidance o</span><span
class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial'; font-size: 12pt;
">f road traffic, and controlled by traffic lamps (electrical signals)
and traffic police.
Traffic signs and boards:  boards which are
erected by authorized administration, on public road, in order to prevent
or guide traffic by manner of written text, lines, symbols, warnings and allowance.
Traffic facilities: signs, lights and constructions,
which are erected on public road, for guidance and facilitation of traffic.
Traffic accident: accident and incident pertaining to traffic, which
is occur on public road, and consequent financial and human losses.

style=" text-align: center;">Registration


style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 3: 


Vehicle, which has movement on public road, shall
get permission from registration office of traffic administration.


Owner and driver of vehicles are not allowed to drive
or submit it to others, a vehicle without particular equipments.


style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 4:



Traffic administration shall issue a registration document, after obtaining confirmation of vehicle taxes and finance payment, by consideration of relevant documents, and activeness and complement
of technical required equipments.
Owners of veh</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">icle are responsible to renew the registration document,
after completion of mentioned period in the registration of a vehicle. 

style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 5:


Motor vehicles and arms bearing or military vehicles,
are required to have number plates and other necessities, during movement
on public roads.


style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 6:


Changing of ownership, body, machine, chassis and
color of a motor vehicle has to be done by written permission of traffic
administration. These changes shall be mentioned in the registration
documents.


style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 7:



Maximum amount of vehicle dimension shall not be
exceeded from: w</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">idth two and half meters, height four meters, length
24 meters and total weight thirty eight tons.
whenever the weight and di</span><span class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial';
font-size: 12pt;">mension of a vehicle, which is used for agricultural, constructi</span><span
class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial'; font-size: 12pt;
">onal and other purposes, exceeded more than determined norms and specification mentioned in clause 1 of this article,
they shall be required a special permit, issued by traffic administration.

Note: rectification of clause 1 of this article is
mentioned in the 8/747 Saratan 30 official gazette.


style=" margin-top: 12pt;">Article 8:


Creating a vehicle from various parts of other vehicles,
and changing of tonnage, shape and model of a vehicle, are not allowed.



Article 9:


All technical equipments of motor vehicles and armor
bearing or military vehicles, should be without deficiency and fault.

Vehicles which are used for fire fighting, safety,
medical services (ambulances), road construction, scour vehicles and
area monitoring purposes, shall have special sign, color and l</span><span
class="Normal--Char" style=" font-family: 'Courier New', 'Arial'; font-size: 12pt;
">ights.
Kind (simple) of color, signs and lights of special
vehicles, mentioned in the clause 1 of this article, shall be determined
by traffic administration.
