Ways to Wear Your MP3 System
1. On the clip /cradle (for attaching to backpacks, belt loops, etc.)

First, carefully align the bottom interlocking
portions of the MP3 player and the clip /cra-
dle (located at the 6 oclock position).
Release the MP3 player by squeezing the two
button located on the back of the clip /cradle.
Then push down on the upper portion of
the MP3 player until it snaps rmly into
place. Pull gently on the MP3 player to
make sure you have a secure connection.

Lift at the 12 oclock area rst, then gently
detach the interlocking portions at the
6 oclock position.
First, carefully align the bottom interlocking
portions of the MP3 player and the wrist
strap (located at the 6 oclock position).
Release the MP3 player by squeezing the two
buttons located on the top of the strap.
Then, push down on the upper portion of
the MP3 player until it snaps rmly into
place. Pull gently on the MP3 player to
make sure you have a secure connection.

3. MP3 Player to lanyard
Press down on ribbed surface of battery
door and slide out.
Insert AAA battery, making sure it is in
correct polarity. Estimated battery life is up
to 3 hours.
Inserting the Battery into the Remote Control
Plug the headphone into the remote control.
Insert the left side hook into the side slot on
the MP3 player. Then, snap right side of
connector into place.

To release, press lever as shown above.
Plug your USB cable into the port on the back
side of the cradle, under the rubber door.
Connect the other end to your computers
USB port.

The armband has an elastic holder for the
remote control and a device to hold excess
remote control wire.

bottom edge of the MP3 player.
Then, loop the lanyard through the
string, and pull gently.

1. Windows® 98 Second Edition will detect a MP3
System. Click next.
2. Select search for the best driver for your device.
Click next.

Please note that a driver is required for Windows® 98 Second Edition to use the MP3
player. Before you begin, please make sure the MP3 player is snapped securely into
place, especially at the 6 oclock position (see pg. 3).
Once the MP3 player is plugged into the PC through the cradle and USB cable,
Windows® 98 Second Edition will detect the device and attempt to install a driver for it.

MP3 CD that is included in the
package in your CD ROM drive. Then check the
CD ROM drive option box. Click next.
4. Windows® 98 Second Edition will nd a driver for
the MP3 System. Click next.
SECTION B MASS STORAGE DEVICE and COMPUTER INTERFACE
Your MP3 Player can also be used as a storage device to hold any digital le (i.e. jpgs,
Word documents, etc.) which can be downloaded from one computer and uploaded to
another computer.
As a mass storage device, any les stored on your MP3 Player could become corrupted
or damaged. You should always maintain backup les.
To download and upload les, refer to the pages below that correspond to your
operating system.

First, connect the USB cable from the MP3 player to the USB port on the computer (See
USB Cable Connection, pg. 4). The computer will automatically detect the device as a
removable hard disk and an icon (Removable Disk) will appear in the My Computer
section of your system.
Second, open the icon by double clicking on the My Computer icon on the desktop
and then double clicking on the removable disk icon.

Next, add your MP3 les from the My Documents folder to the MP
