Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, San Francisco, sealed bids for a Lump
Sum Contract are invited for the following Work:

CLINICAL SCIENCES BUILDING (CSB) 7TH FLOOR ELECTRICAL PANEL "B" AND
FRP ROOFTOP PANEL REPLACEMENT

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SAN FRANCISCO

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Replacement of both the current Clinical Sciences Building 7
th
floor electrical panel B and the
rooftop FRP panel. The components provide for proper code complaint and safe electrical distribution
through the branch electrical system.

BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS:
Electrical Contractors: To be eligible for consideration for award, bidders (Electrical Contractors)
must have the minimum experience of successfully completing at least two electrical panel
replacements, or equivalent, each of $150,000.00 construction contract amount or greater within the last
5 years of the bid opening date. All bidders must submit with their bid a completed Contractors
Statement of Experience (Exhibit 13) as an attachment to the Bid Form.

per set of Bidding Documents. Company checks should be made
payable to Regents of the University of California and submitted to UCSF Documents, Media and Mail
(UCSF-DMM). Major credit cards are accepted. There is an additional charge, paid by the Bidder, for
shipping and handling fees for overnight mail. UCSF-DMM will charge fees according to option selected
in shipping documents to you. Bidders may call UCSF-DMM to place an order. Personal Checks and

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk will be conducted on June 26,
2008 beginning promptly at 10:00AM. Participants shall meet at UCSF Campus Parnassus Location,
Medical Sciences Building, 513 Parnassus Avenue, Room S-182, San Francisco, CA. Only bidders who
participate in both the Conference and the Job Walk in their entirety will be allowed to bid on the Project
as prime contractors. For further information, contact University's Associate Project Manager Julie
