ting applications and recommended names of attorneys to be added
to the CJA Panel as full, provisional and conditional members; and

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the administration of justice for qualified
attorneys to be added to the U.S. and D.C. Panels at this time;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY,

ORDERED, that the attorneys whose names appear on the attached list of new and
provisional members be and are hereby added to the CJA U.S. and D.C. Panels as full and
provisional members respectively; and it is further,

ORDERED, that the attorneys whose names appear on the list of conditional
members are not eligible to accept appointments, but may become full members of the Panel,
if within nine (9) months from the date of this Order, they notify the Chairperson of the CJA
Panel Implementation Committee that (1) they are presently available to accept
appointments; (2) they are still members in good standing in the Bar, and (3) no disciplinary
action or investigation has been instituted against them since the filing of the application.
Attorneys who fail to make such notification within nine (9) months of the date of their
conditional appointment are no longer eligible to become members of the Panel based on
their conditional membership, and it is further

ORDERED, any attorney whose name appears on the list of conditional members
who was removed from a Panel because of the failure to satisfy the continuing legal
education hours required by Administrative Order 02-33, is not eligible to accept
appointments, but may become a full member of the Panel by providing to the Chairperson of
the Subcommittee on Continuing Legal Education evidence that the attorney completed eight
(8) hours of continuing legal education, representing one (1) years requirement. If the
attorney fails to provide evidence of compliance within nine (9) months of the date of the
conditional appointment, the attorney is no longer eligible to become a member of the Panel
based on the conditional membership, and it is further

ORDERED, that this order shall take effect November 15, 2007.
