No Partner Required. Dance the night away with a number of Ballroom and Latin dances.
Empower yourself through mind-blowing turns, spins and twirls. Dancing
is a fantastic way to stay in shape, or get in shape, while having a great
time! It requires no previous skill and is very easy on the hips and knees.
Location: Joe E. Mann Ballroom.
Sessions: Two 4-week sessions every Monday beginning July 7 and
ending July 28 for ballroom lessons. Latin dances begin August 4
and ends August 25.
Time: 6:00pm-7:15pm.
Register: All military ID card holders welcomed. Register at the Solomon
Center. Registration ends July 2 for ballroom and July 30 for Latin.
Attire: No need to dress up. Wear lightweight dress shoes. Avoid tennis
shoes, rubber soles, or spiked-heels.
Price: $15 for individual, $20 for couples for each session.
