A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A DESIGNATED PUBLIC
PLACE FOR THE POSTING OF MEETING NOTICES AS
REQUIRED BY THE COLORADO OPEN MEETINGS LAW


BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Nederland, Colorado, that:


TOWN HALL, at its current location, or as it may be relocated during the year 2008, shall
constitute the designated public place for the posting of meeting notices as required by the
Colorado Open Meetings Law and pursuant to the Nederland Municipal Code Section 2-
83(c).

The Town Clerk or designee shall be responsible for posting the required notices no later
than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the holding of the meeting. All meeting notices shall
include agenda information when possible.


INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Nederland, Colorado on the 4th day of December 2007.
